Shared solutions for fairer, more inclusive cities
At Ruta Colectiva, we develop diverse projects that respond to the needs of our territories and communities. As a social enterprise, we combine operational sustainability with public commitment, leading initiatives that vary in their funding models but share a common goal: to contribute to fairer, more inclusive, and more liveable cities.
💼 Specialised services
Projects developed at the request of public, private, or international cooperation institutions, where we provide professional services focused on strengthening their capacities and amplifying their impact. These include urban planning, applied research, training, and strategic and governance advisory. We deliver evidence-based solutions with a territorial and interdisciplinary approach, tailored to the specific needs of each partner.
🤝 Developed in partnership
Initiatives carried out with the support of multiple actors through agreements, public calls, or co-financing. These projects create spaces for collective work and the development of shared solutions to urban and social challenges, generating public value through a shared sustainability framework.
💜 Direct commitment to the territory
Projects driven by our own initiative or in collaboration with social organisations, focused on open access to knowledge, citizen participation, and transformation of the urban environment. These initiatives are sustained through solidarity-based collaboration networks and, in many cases, through the direct commitment, effort, and investment of Ruta Colectiva.
We are currently running two community projects:
A network of community kitchens to nourish care
In partnership with grassroots organisations, this project seeks to strengthen the role of community kitchens as central spaces for collective care. It focuses on improving infrastructure, enhancing adjacent public spaces, and promoting the wellbeing of the women who lead these spaces. The initiative incorporates self-care, training, economic sustainability, and food security—recognising and making visible the vital role of carers as pillars of social and urban development.

Memories, territories, and LGBTIQ+ resistance in Peru
This project, developed in collaboration with the Archivo de la Memoria Marica – Maricas Perú, builds a participatory cartography that gathers memories, struggles, threats, and forms of resistance of the LGBTIQ+ community in different regions of the country. Through surveys, interviews, and workshops, we are co-creating a digital and interactive map that highlights the territorial experiences of sexual and gender diversity from an intersectional, decentralised, and community-based perspective. A living archive and a collective act of resistance against historical marginalisation.
